COURSE REQUIREMENTS

1. Online Pre-Study

  • Complete the theoretical online pre-study module PRIOR to attending the course.
  • You must successfully complete both the online pre-study and the practical classroom session to receive your certificate.
  • Note: A Statement of Attainment cannot be issued if the online pre-study module is not completed.

2. LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy)

  • Complete the LLN assessment online prior to attending the course to determine your eligibility for enrolment.
  • You need to:
    • Create an online profile in our Student Management System by clicking the link below and completing the registration form.
    • Once logged in, complete the LLN questionnaire under the task section.
  • Note: You must have LLN skills to do simple calculations, understand English well enough to read, write, and provide verbal responses in English. If you need assistance, please speak with a trainer confidentially at enrolment.

3. USI (Unique Student Identifier)

  • You must provide your USI to receive your qualification or statement of attainment.
  • Note: A Statement of Attainment will not be issued if you do not provide a valid USI.
  • If you don't have a USI, create one at www.usi.gov.au.

4. Identification

  • Provide one form of valid ID (e.g., Passport, Australian Driver's Licence, KeyPass/Proof of Age Card) for identification purposes.
  • Note: A Statement of Attainment will not be issued if you do not provide a valid form of ID.

5. Attendance

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to complete the necessary registration paperwork.
  • Note: Entry to the class will be refused if you arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time.
