STUDENT PERMIT

According to the Victorian State rules, students are required to have a permit to travel to the study location.

Section 3 of the How to Issue a Worker Permit of the State Government of Victoria website states that 'An employee may travel to work without a worker permit once to get their first permit'

Please use this confirmation email as proof that you are booked in to do the training course.

On the day of the training, you'll be issued a permit.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

1. VALID FIRST AID CERTIFICATE

You are required to bring and show a valid Provide First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011) on the day of the training.

Please note Provide First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years.

If you do not have a valid Provide First Aid certificate, please consider attending Provide First Aid HLTAID011 course or Provide Advanced First Aid HLTAID014 course before attending Advanced Resuscitation course. 

Please note: Provide First Aid HTLAID011 qualification is a part of our Provide Advanced First Aid course.

ENTRY TO THE CLASS WILL BE REFUSED if a participant does not show a valid Provide First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011).

2. FACE MASKS

ENTRY TO THE CLASS WILL BE REFUSED if the facemask is not worn.

According to the Victorian government requirements, participants MUST wear face masks when attending the class.

3. ONLINE PRE-STUDY

STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT CAN NOT BE ISSUED if the online pre-study module is not completed.

As part of this course, you are required to complete the theoretical online pre-study module before attending the course.

To receive your certificate, you must complete both the online pre-study and practical classroom session.

4. USI (Unique Student Identifier) 

STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED if a participant does not provide a valid USI 

All participants MUST provide their USI. If you do not have a USI, please create one here.

5. ATTENDANCE

ENTRY TO THE COURSE WILL BE REFUSED if a participant arrives 15 min after the scheduled starting time.

Participants should arrive 15 min before the scheduled starting time to complete the necessary registration paperwork.

6. IDENTIFICATION

STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED if a participant does not provide a valid form of I.D.

7. BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE

A basic understanding of reading and writing English is required.

Use of interpreters and translators is NOT allowed.

Trainer reserves the right to refuse entry to the class based on the outcome of the Language, Literacy and Numeracy test which is available to all participants.
